To make a backup with the Windows Service you should alter the user under which it is running.

Change user for Windows Service:
- Browse to 'My Computer'
- Right click on 'My Computer'
- Select 'Manage' from the context menu
- Browse to 'Services and applications'
- Doubleclick on 'Services'
- Select and doubleclick on 'Online Backup Service'
- Click on the [Log On] tab
- Click on 'This account' radiobutton
- Type the account name and password of an account that has access to network folders
- Click on [OK]
- Restart the service by Clicking on the play button
- Now mounted network folders can be accessed by the Windows Service
Note: Beware that you need to provide an account that has access to the network folder
Note: BackupAgent can only backup mounted network folders (f.e. W:/). To mount a network folder please consult your OS's support.
