In Windows 2003 RDP connections represent Terminal Sessions. To let BackupAgent function properly you should let the Online Backup Service execute planned tasks.

To plan a schedule over RDP:
- Select a task in the OnlineBackupClient
- Select a set of files
- Configure the task to execute on the right time
- Right-click on the BackupAgent icon in System Tray
- Select 'Exit'
- Click on the [OK] button
- Restart the OnlineBackupService Windows Service
- Close the RDP session

Note: Check if the Online Backup Service is configured correctly

When you start Online Backup Client if Online Backup Service is performing a backup then the client will show the progress of the running backup task.
