Problem:

BackupAgent does not start and the following message box appears:

Resolution:

Online Backup Client is installed in the same folder as the previous version of Online Backup Client.

During installation please make sure that the Online Backup Client is installed in a clean folder.

To solve this issue:

- Uninstall the Online Backup Client.

- Install the Online Backup Client in a clean folder.

Note: Different versions of BackupAgent can run together as long as they are not installed in the same folder.
